| This is basically the articulation of the University Strategic Plan. It involves the analysis of University’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) to provide a roadmap in defining Strategic direction for the University, articulation of long term goals and objectives, formulation of implementation Strategy and development of key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure effective monitoring and plan implementation expeditiously. The Unit also ensures that long term commitment of University’s resources for the accomplishment of long term goals. |
